Cash back on Credit Cards

Some people have very few alternatives but to borrow money to pay their utilities and other living expenses. The latest credit card news suggest however that earning cash back on delayed costs of your purchases may turn up good rewards.

Cash back cards enable you to cut back on expenses because each dollar you spend on your credit card you get money back. It may only equal a few cents but in the long run it adds up and you save money on purchases.

If you look at the percentile of cash you, get in return for spending your money by using your credit cards you can see that the cash back cards pay off in some small ways. For example, if you earn 5% cash back for three months of spending then you may spend around €2k in that timeline but you get €100 back.

Let’s say you used your credit card to pay your rent or mortgage and spend around €2k in a year’s time. Then you would spend less on your rent because you get money back on your credit spending. Thus, it certainly looks like cashback credit cards are a way to save a few dollars.
