If you want a credit card, you need to do a little more than sign up and ensure you have a good credit history. These days you have to seriously consider doing a credit card comparison. There can really be no other way. The difference in interest rates and bonuses on each card is very confusing these days, and if you’re not jsut out to get the first one you can find, and you really want to find a credit card that suits your needs, then cred card comparison is essential…
Before i got my very first credit card, i never considered doing a credit card comparison. The credit card company that got my business when i left school and found a job were not what i would call now, right for me in any way shape or form; i just kind of fell into their lap. Or that’s what i thought. You see, without a credit card comparison i went for the first one to present itself with free stuff attached, or special points that gave me money off CDs etc. The credit card company in question must hae targeted my demographic because i don’t even remember thinking about getting a card, never mind comparing credit cards. They got me with a postal application when i first entered the workforce. Because i was young and inexperienced, all they really had to do was be the first there and make me feel like i was a grown up at last; hell, i remember that they even sent me a sample credit card to show me what it would look like!
