Credit cards reward programs offer you ways to earn money on your spending, or ways to get rewards that you can redeem on airline tickets, dining, vacations, etc. Some of the leading credit card providers are offering great rewards.
Capital One is offering 2 miles for each dollar you spend over $1000 each month. This is not a good offer for anyone who cannot afford to spend that amount monthly. You may want to consider Discover cards instead that offer 5% cash back rewards. Each time you spend money for travel, gas, home, dining, movies, etc, you earn cash back on your credit card. You get 1% cash back on other purchases.
Capital One is offering 2% cash back rewards on purchases made at major grocery stores or gas stations. Any other purchases you get 1% cash back rewards. With Discover, there is no interest on purchases up to six months. Balance transfer fees are waived up to twelve months and you don’t have annual fees.
True Earning cards are being offered right now from Costco and American Express. You can earn money back on your gas purchases. When you make your first credit card purchase, you get $25 statement credits. There are some charges that apply for certain purchase so be sure to read the details about the card offers carefully.
Discover is also offering the Pay-On-Time cards. Each time you pay on time you get bonuses. You may not have to pay interest on any purchases or other rewards may be offered. Simmons First Vista Platinum’s is offering variable rates with no annual fees.
