There are some pretty good reward cards out there however, and we’re going to tell you about a few of them on offer at the moment.  One of the top ones at the moment appears to be the American Express Platinum card.  With this card you can expect the following benefits:

• Up to 5% cashback.  Now there isn’t a much better reward than that is there?  Cash back from your credit card allows you to spend the money on what you want rather than what the credit card company would rather you spend your money on like wine and CDs as Virgin would have you do.
• No annual fee
• 19.9% interest rate.  This isn’t great but then for a credit card as good as an American Express if you can afford to get one you can afford the interest believe me.
• Purchase protection insurance.  Always a good thing.
• Discounts on shopping, dining and entertainment too.

If that isn’t enough for you then you’re not easily satisfied.  However, if you want to get your hands on a new shiny Amex card you’re going to have to have at least a cool £30,000 a year coming into your household.

Well, as you all know, American Express are a very well known credit card company, and they have been on the go now for many, many successful years.  Well now American express has moved into the world of supermarket reward points.  When you do a credit card comparison you’ll find lots of credit companies doing points but how many of them offer 3 points for every pound spent in supermarkets?  Specifically, none of them i believe.

When enough points are accumulated on your new American Express Card, you can exchange them for vouchers to spend on a variety of different thing, in a variety of different places, such as: Marks and Spencer and HMV.

So if you’ve done your credit card comparison properly you will have learned that American Express now have the best points reward system out there in the world of credit cards at the moment.  And if you didn’t do your credit card comparison properly, well it doesn’t matter much now does it because i’ve told you anyway.  However, i can’t always tell you the best deals, so you must always, always to a good and proper credit card comparison and work out the best deals for you.
